How do I place my order?
To place an order:
1. Finish adding items to your shopping cart.
2. Click on the “Checkout” button.
3. You will be transferred to our Customer Information Page. You will be prompted to enter: Email address, Name, Address
4. Continue by clicking “Continue to Shipping Method” button. Please make sure you have input the delivery address correctly (if different from your billing address.) Once everything is completed, click on “Continue to Payment Method”
5. You will have the option of indicating that the shipping and billing details are the same, if applicable. After clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely. You can choose to pay with a PayPal account or with a Debit or Credit card. Without a PayPal account you can pay with a Debit or Credit Card.
6. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary together with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via e-mail.

How do I make payments using PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. Once you are ready to complete your transaction, you may click on the “Complete order” button on the checkout page. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely. You can choose to pay with a PayPal account or with a Debit or Credit card. If you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay with a Debit or Credit Card.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at dogsbrand.com/pages/track-your-order.
How to change my items ordered or other information like address after placing the order?
As we try to process the orders within 24 hours of receipt, if a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at email@example.com immediately. If the order has already been processed or marked as shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make changes to the order.
How long is the shipping time?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24-36 hours of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive between 2-4 weeks after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.
Some domestic orders from the US are shipped with USPS and arrive in 4-10 business days.
Do I have to pay any tariffs, customs fees, or import tax for my orders?
Prices revealed on your respective receipt MIGHT be different from what you ordered but do not worry! Usually what our fulfillment center would do is to mark as extremely low prices or mark the items as gifts altogether. This happens to prevent tariffs/customs/import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.
Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?
Yes, it is possible.
